40 Days In The Word

Many people have the idea that the Bible is boring – and let’s just be honest, some parts are easier to read than others. But the reason people believe it to be boring is because, often, we don’t understand what we’re reading. We have questions, and as we’re reading we have no one to help us answer those questions. This message series will help us understand what we’re reading, understand why it’s important and help us apply it to our lives. It will show us how to not just hear the Word, but to be a doer of the Word as well.

Building For Your Best Life (2/17/19)

Why The Bible Can Be Trusted (2/24/19)

Bold

We have to make a choice: we can play it safe or we can seize the life God has in mind for us. What’s it going to be? God is inviting us to get started living a bold faith. This series explores what can happen when we become Bold.

What Child Is This?

You and I view the Christmas story of the birth of Jesus as History. But what was it like as a shepherd on the hillside that night, or as Mary heard the voice of the angel telling her she would give birth to the Savior of the world? What Child is This will take us on a journey through the lives of those who lived in the moment as we journey toward the birth of Jesus. Join us on this adventure of discovery that will lead us to the celebration of the birth of the Savior of the world, Jesus.

Deception

In his letter to the Ephesian church, the Apostle Paul wrote this: For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. (Ephesians 6:12, NIV)

Our struggle isn’t against flesh and blood, but it would be easier if it were. At least then we might be able to see the deception coming. But since we’re fighting a spiritual fight, that makes the battle more difficult.

Our postmodern society is expert at distorting the truth and the most dangerous lies are the ones you never notice. They can twist your thinking in ways you’d never expect and can leave you with a life you never imagined.

In this message series, we explore how to recognize the deception and find the upper hand in this spiritual battle.

Invisible (10/28/18)

Connect The Dots (11/4/18)

If I’m Not Mistaken (11/11/18)

Stand

When people choose to follow Jesus, their faith and commitment will be challenged. This isn’t anything new. When the boss wants you to compromise or when a friend puts you in a difficult position, what do you do? When it would be easier to cheat or lie or made some other concession instead of standing firm, what do you do? Knowing what to do when that challenge comes is the basis of the new series, “Stand”. Not only is it important to know what to do, but also to know why standing strong in our faith is important.
